Deloitte's hiring eligibility.

So I completed my b.com in 2007. And because I'm from a village in south India, I couldn't work because of my family restrictions until i got married. Even after getting married I was not looking for a job as I had started a small business n it was all going well until covid. So during covid i had to shut down my business and fortunately got a job in Amazon non-it. But now I am trying to change my job and trying really hard to get into Deloitte. But I am not sure why my profile just gets rejected before the very first step of recruitment which would be assessment i believe. So I have a 3 yr exp in Abuse prevention in Amazon.

Can someone pls let me know the criteria of recruitment of Deloitte? Is it because of the gap I have post my education? I am really keen to work for Deloitte.
