I joined Deloitte in December 2024, and tagged to one of big product based company. But here work life balance and pressure is worst. Can I ask my Associate director to change my project?

You can ask for change. The sooner you ask it’s better. So that rest of the year your snapshots can be better. I had a similar situation n only first 3 months snapshot is affected my next project found me as excellent team lead n member 😃

I'll give you a tip..if you are an analyst-consultant level try to use automation, scripting or any other means to reduce time for your deliverables.. If you are exp. SC or manager learn art of responsible delegation..this will give you breather with difficult clients and also area of growth and recognition for simplifying complex work. Ultimately you will start enjoying work..
