
Deloitte work culture question
I have heard that deloitee is doing multiple hiring these days for experienced employees and putting into random project and giving strict deadlines

sounds like TCS to me

The Big 4 are operating on a hire and fire cycle. They use 3rd party contractors for contract roles and then later onboard talented resources. Rest its tata bye bye after the contract period.
Meanwhile, those directly onboarded are subject to extremely tight deadline and toxic work culture. But yeah the colleagues who have joined have highlighted its better than TCS 🤣 but yeah.
They are miserly as well and pay less. Do their best to squeeze out and reduce salary as much as possible.
Anyway long story short its toxic, hire and fire style of working, but still better than TCS.
