Deloitte work culture

Hi Grapeviners,

Need to know some real facts about the work culture at Deloitte. Is it good, bad, Ok, worse, Great whatever it is So far I have heard a few scary feedbacks but want to know the real truth as I need to decide whether to join them or not. Is the work culture too harsh or inhumane or these are just specific cases or rumours

If u are willing to join tax and Audit
Then the work culture is harsh
But if you are willing to join
Technology and transformation
Then consider it decent untill and unless u are joining for manager and above role
Rest of them have a decent work life balance
