Deloitte - when HR round will be done

Hi , I have completed my 3rd round of interview on sept 5th 2025 and after several follow ups last week on 27th I got mail stating that "I got selected and for a further round(HR), we are awaiting a few business confirmations and internal approvals necessary to move ahead."

I am working as a Java Backend Developer having 3.4 YOE.

can anyone please tell me how long the process will take at least to get an offer, as I am about to get other offers in between but wanted to go to Deloitte only. Please help me what should I do
