
Deloitte vs Teksystem
Hi Connections,
I have been working with TCS for the last 3.5 years. About 6 months ago, I received a retention offer with a 100% hike (from 4 LPA to 9 LPA). At that time, I had an offer from CDAC with a comparatively lower package, but I informed TCS that I had a strong external offer. Based on that, TCS retained me with a significant hike.
Now, I have resigned again and currently hold an offer of 14.5 LPA from Deloitte and another offer of 19 LPA from TEKsystems for a Tier-1 client. TCS has again expressed interest in retaining me. However, I am unsure whether it is the right decision to stay, as I have already accepted a retention once before.
I would really appreciate your suggestions on which option I should choose and why.

Be with TCS if it matches the offer, you must be a critical resource in your project else TCS doesn't retain twice, you can additionally ask for something on top of your retention. If you have planned to leave then go with deloitte you will get to learn plus good perks. Teksystem is more or less a consultancy where major factor would be your job security as they have limited clients.
