Deloitte VS KPMG

Hi All, I have 2 offers and need ur views to decide better..

Deloitte as Senior Consultant with X LPA, 70k joining bonus Or KPMG as Associate Manager with X +2 LPA.

In terms of 1. Work culture, 2. Exposure, 3. Onsite travels (short term is also fine ) 4. Yearly hikes and bonus 5. WLB.

Yess absolutely....in terms of Big 4....deolitte is the way to go...but be aware of heavy workload...
