Deloitte vs Cognizant vs HCLTech

I have received 3 offers from Deloitte, Cognizant and HCLTech. My exp is 3 years, the ctc provided by them are 11 LPA (10 fixed + 1) with additional perks such as bill reimbursement, petrol, relocation bonus of 90k and 20k for wellbeing exclusive to the CTC by Deloitte , 15 LPA (14.55 fixed + 45k variable) by Cognizant with no perks and no relocation bonus, 17 LPA (16 fixed + 1 variable ) by HCLTech with no relocation bonus and additional perks.

What should I join? But I’m planning to renegotiate with Deloitte with these 2 offers, then how much should I ask?

Cognizant, Pune or Hyderabad

HCLTech, Bengaluru

Deloitte for sure, but u will never reach to 16 or 17 lpa untill 2 years from 10. So see if u can negotiate.

HR mentioned don’t expect too high from Deloitte, 13-14 lpa is the maximum you can expect.

if deloitte is not ur top priority and u have backup then try for asking more. Coz the amount of work u do there should match with your ctc

Bro one time bonus is one time, for your next company its your choice if you wanna start negotiating from 17 LPA or 11 LPA.

But, HCLTech is for bengaluru only and my preferred locations are Mumbai, Pune or Hyderabad.

Go for Deloitte USI if they offer you 14L, 1 L shouldn’t be concern as the hikes are pretty good compared to HCL and CTS. But be ready to work your ass off… they churn every drop of your blood if unlucky.
