Deloitte V S Maruti Suzuki

Hi all,

I am in Deloitte since 5 yrs, in SAP FICO and got offer from Maruti Suzuki India Limited with 50% hike.

Current package is 18 LPA.

Should I join Maruti ?

Maybe Automotive industry related people can let me know, if I should switch from Service based firm to Industry giant corporate office.

But Maruti is 5 days in office working model.
