accepted offer letter 15 days back, hr had informed bgv will be initiated but im still waiting, no update from hr since then, mailed her last week no response. Someone clarify if it's a normal process and bgv can take time to initiate or even complete... Have already resigned.

dont worry if company initiate the offer letter and you accepted and then acknowledged your acceptance then things will going on according to procedu and that take time in accenture here they take 1 month bgv after offer acceptance. try to contact atleast after 1 months to your hr untill then enjoy your notice period
