Deloitte USI vs Wipro

I have got an offer from Deloitte USI and Wipro. Both have the same role in Consulting and the same location. Wipro has offered 3 LPA more than Deloitte USI. Variable is also almost same for both.

I am a bit confused if I should join Deloitte at this low CTC and better career growth or join Wipro with better CTC and low career growth. Also can anyone suggest which has better leave and medical insurance policy for parents.
