Deloitte USI vs PWC Global?

Love deloitte but management has changed, I love my job 🧿 but since management change feeling restricted. Got acceptance from PWC Global. Need help decide. Can someone help with pros and cons. And also if it is a good time to switch. Idk what's happening in the job market right now
