LEK specializes in life science healthcare space, they hire more PhDs than MBAs. Expect great compensation if you come from a PhD background in life sciences, otherwise also the projects and pay are quite good

Not in India, but my references are from people I worked with outside India. And from whatever I know is that you won't complain and they have good budgets and projects if you can pitch yourself well
