Deloitte USI vs IBM
I got an offer from both the organisation. Deloitte - 18 ctc (fixed) + 1 lakh joining bonus + some other perks (such as relocation amount + wellbeing amount + broadband etc etc) IBM - 18.52 ctc (fixed) + relocation amount (tentative)
Both options are for PUNE location (I need to relocate from my hometown)
IBM Perks: — Better work life balance as compared to Deloitte USI — My wife’s office is in Hinjewadi phase 3 and IBM is also there but Deloitte USI is in KHARADI
Deloitte Perks: — Better brand as compared to IBM (as I think) — Better increment and bonus (yearly) as compared to IBM
Not sure about the job security — if anyone could suggest that.. Also Deloitte may revise offer if I ask with IBM’s counter offer.
Which one should I go for ??
Anything which I missed and someone can point is welcomed..

I believe Deloitte will be a better choice though get ready for work pressure . However it will be with it in the long term . + I have heard IBM is not so great anymore since they have less Proj and are firing ppl without 2nd thought . BTW what’s your tech stack and YOE ?
