Deloitte USI VS EY ( Finance Sector)
I hold an offer with both Deloitte USI and EY, where EY is paying me more. Can someone ad advise me who has experience in both firms.

But doesn't EY has the option to WFH mostly if there is no ask from client? I know Deloitte needs you to be in office atleast 2 days a week.

Ask EY how much hike they will give u next year. There is an old practice in EY that they don’t give hike or give very less hike like 3-5% to the new joiners. So get this info from EY incase you want to opt for EY.
Personal suggestion DONOT go to EY it's hell specially in Financial Sector.
Would rather prefer joining Deloitte USI
Work life balance in both companies are worst but in Deloitte it's comparatively better.
