Deloitte USI vs Deloitte India

Hey Folks,

I have a query is this Deloitte USI and Deloitte India two seperate entities?

I have interview scheduled for Deloitte USI and parallely got a call again from Deloitte India..

Throw some light on these : 1.Is it possible to give interview for both or both of them considered as a same single organisation in terms of recruitment.If i failed in one is it possible to give a second shot at the another.

2.And which is the best to join in terms of work, growth and perks.i know WLB is not be that much in Big4 so just let me know about the perks of both of these organisations.

Please suggest which I should I go with..

Note: I haven't took any interviews before both are in scheduled(Deloitte USI) and screening(Deloitte India)stage only.
