Deloitte USI vs Accenture S&C?

Hi, I have 2 offers for SAP Hyderabad location:

  1. Deloitte USI - Senior Consultant
  2. Accenture S&C - Manager

compensation is almost same in both or Accenture is marginally higher.

Which company to choose for future growth opportunity, promotion and exits to MBB or other reputable company.

Accenture S&C is decent but just enquiry whether the existing employees are receiving full variable pay. If yes consider it but after working as a manager for a couple of years switch to Deloitte USI

Proz of Deloitte USI is that you will have a great exposure but you have to sacrifice work life balance and as a s con you have to work on initiatives and full time projects to get visibility and high ratings which eventually helps in your career ladder

So Accenture for short term and Deloitte for long term
