Deloitte usi salesforce developer
Folks, I have cleared the first round of interview in Deloitte USI . Scheduled Next round as techno manager round. Did anyone attended interview for the same? How was the 2nd round and share your experience. Yoe :4.8 Cctc : 6lpa How much ctc i can expect from deloitte usi?
You will join by 4.11 yoe nearly.. And your next proper hike will be at 6 yoe.. So ask for min 17. After this... If they agrees to 15LPA atleast then say them could you please give me.. Joining bonus... It can be upto 2LPA..it can be 1 Or 1.5 Lpa as well... But negotiate well with proper reasons..
Package discussion will be in hr round not during this round..
Dont consider Deloitte now, atleast 70% people are looking for a way out, atleast to other projects. You would be better in some non big 4 firms as of now. The big4s mass hired for the last 5 years and now are looking for ways to cut costs; any new hire would be just a pawn towsrds their mitgation plan of finiding some underpaid people, show them glory and work their asses off. OP - you would do far better somewhere else
it should be no less than 15 (con role)
I got 11 LPA with less than 2 years of experience. Yeah I had counter offers that time but your interview performance also matters. Ask for no less than 15 LPA.
Please expect a min of 11- 12 LPA. If they are not ready to give that, please negotiate cause within 3yrs of exp with the same skill set people are earning a min of 10LPA
