Deloitte USI or Skillsoft

I've been offered a job role for both in Deloitte, Skillsoft and Publicis sapient. The role and salary are majorly the same , but I would like to know which organisation to choose based on overall company culture , work life balance and job security. Could you guys please help me with some advice.
