Deloitte USI - Office location - Gurugram

First of all, what exactly is the office location for USI in Gurugram, offer letter has Udyog Vihar but some people are telling it's closed down.

Second - Any good location to live, I've got a RK in sector 30 and Sector 24 is well really bad with crowd and stuff, legacy of bad reputation don't reall like it but haven't explored all the places there so open to suggestions.
