Deloitte USI offer letter doesn't have CTC mentioned!

Is it true that the offer letter which Deloitte USI rolls out does not have CTC explicitly mentioned in it rather they give Total salary(fixed) and shows variable bonus in % not in the number?

And does same applies for Gratuity, that those will not be mentioned in the Offer? thoughts!!
