Here are my details: • Years of Experience: ~5 years • Current CTC: ₹12.08 LPA (₹11.5 LPA fixed) • Notice Period: 90 days • Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Cloud
Offer Details: • Offered CTC: ₹18 LPA + 10% variable + 1 Joining Bonus • Notice Period (as per offer): 90 days
I have a few questions: 1. Is this a competitive offer for my profile and experience level? 2. Does Deloitte USI typically entertain counter-offers? 3. What is the maximum CTC range they usually offer for a Consultant role?
