Deloitte USI managerial round

I cleared two rounds for a Java Microservices Consultant role at Deloitte USI and got an email about a Technical Managerial round with a Senior Manager this week, but no confirmation yet.

What can I expect in this round? Also, I heard the status often stays “Interview in Progress” even after 3 rounds and final updates take time, sometimes beyond LWD. Has anyone faced this?
