Deloitte usi interview

I have completed two rounds in deloitee usi for the analyst role. When checked with the Hr who scheduled for interviews she is on leave untill 5th Jan. So I mailed to the back up hr who is mentioned in mail. The backup HR infored that I have cleared 2nd round as well.

What will be the next steps and how ofter I can get the offer. Please advise.
