Deloitte usi - hike?
I joined Deloitte as an analyst in nov 2024. I got a project by November end. And then I started raising those access for my workspace but it took a while now to get all the access and yet to start my work. Given these circumstances how do they evaluate for a hike if I get any?How much I’ll be getting?

Hike might be between 3% to 5% as utilization for 2024 was for one month.....Bonus can be between 8% to 12% which can be prorated based on your joining make it effective percentage between 5% to 8%

I joined in Jun 2024 as an Analyst in Consulting ,as far as I have got to know it's close to 12-15% , min 10% and max it goes upto 22% as well , and that was the case for few of my seniors from college.
