Deloitte USI CL 3: Underpaid?

I carry with myself about 8.5yrs of experience in the field of graphic designing. I'm currently being paid about 12LPA at Deloitte USI which was told is the market standard at that time. But I feel according to the market standard now many firms in the graphic designing field are offering almost 15-18LPA with my YOE.

Do you think I’m being underpaid for my experience and other firms would be offering more?

Experience wise, should i be getting the below ranges:

13-14LPA
14-15LPA
15-16LPA
16-18LPA
