Deloitte USI application on HOLD!

I answered 3+ rounds interview (Answered final round as well) about 1.5+ weeks back. When I reached out to the HR , got the email that my application is on HOLD. Does that mean I’m rejected? I’m anxious as I have given a lot of time and energy into this. Can anyone share any insights?
