Deloitte USI - All night shift projects??

I got an offer from deloitte Usi chennai location, I need to know whether USI refers to working in US projects. Also, I need to know whether all the projects in USI are night shift projects??. Regarding my situation, I didn't get any shift timings from HR as well as from my Recruiter. Some of my friends are usi holds all night shift projects. I'm still confused about whether to accept the offer or not. The package is good for my exp. People who work there, or anyone who knows about Deloitte USI, please pour your suggestion.
