Deloitte urgent inputs needed

Hi everyone,

How is Deloitte USI's "Technology and Transformation" team ?

It would be really helpful if someone could explain detailed pros and cons.

I have same offer for retention from my current company (Not so big company) so am really confused on how to proceed.

My current company is having decent WLB, Recognitions, Projects and team.
