Deloitte senior consultant offer

Hi all, I got a senior consultant role in Deloitte. My current fixed payment is 18 LPA. They are offering 24 LPA and I will be missing the current appraisal cycle with Deloitte, as I can't join before 28th Feb. I am asking in the range of 27 to 28 LPA. Will they agree?
