Deloitte is offering me 18 LPA fixed + 10% variable + 6 lakhs joining bonus. If I leave before 2 years then joining bonus will have to be returned

Capgemini is offering 199000 All fixed. No variable and no joining bonus

Deloitte has 2 days a week hybrid Capgemini has 12 days a month hybrid that comes around 3 days a week

Which one looks better?

Best is Deloitte to go. If you chose, Cg for next 3 yrs no hike or promotion or no work life balance or tightening to return office or no recognisability
