Deloitte Round 2 - Interview with Associate Director

I applied for Workday consultant role in Deloitte. I'm Workday HCM certified with 1 year of experience. I cleared my 1st round which was technical and 2nd round is with Associate Director. HR said it'll be Techno- managerial round.

What kind of questions will be asked? What kind of managerial/ behavioral questions to prepare? I'm worried as I have only 1 year of Workday experience i don't have that good chance. Please help me!!!
