After the technical and managerial round, i have received mail for documents upload of recent hike and salary slip from Deloitte. please someone tell me what to expect, more round of interview or offer letter disbursal?

Last hike as they'll bargain according to your salary slips

Salary discussion is always on your last drawn ctc. And by recent they mean whatever was your last hike. For us, as of now dec 2024 is the last hike so provide that.

Why do they need recent hike %, I’m planning to switch after I get some hike in upcoming cycle, will the new company decide ctc like some 30-40% upon the recent hike in June in Accenture or ctc before that telling I hv got hike recently so can't increase 30-40% in new company?
