Deloitte promotion vs Higher pay offers : Need advice

Hey everyone, I need your insights! I’m currently working as a consultant at Deloitte India with a package of 13 LPA and am set to get a promotion this year. I’ve received new offers: one from Mercedes Benz for 19 LPA, and another from Accenture for 20 LPA. For someone with around 6 years of consulting experience, should I continue at Deloitte, or make the move to Benz or Accenture for a higher package? What should I consider—work culture, growth prospects, brand value, or something else? Would really appreciate advice from fellow consultants who’ve faced similar choices!
