Deloitte peers please answer

Hello all, I've received an offer from Deloitte USI. Good offer plus joining bonus, everyone I'm talking to saying in Deloitte 10 hr work days are very common every day and work pressure is too much to handle.

Is this true? Work is too hectic?

I was hired for a QA, YOE: 3.10
