Deloitte or PWC

Hi all, also please let me know why you are selecting the one you did. 6.5 yoe, I have offer from both both have hybrid and role also little same. Package wise Deloitte offering more. Pwc - client project and Deloitte- internal project, but i genuinely want to know which is a better company to join this is my first switch and I look for career growth. So which is better with facilities and support for women as I also have a kid.
