I am selected in both Deloitte and Cognizant for the role of Automation Tester with 6.3 YOE.
Cognizant is giving better package but if Deloitte matches the same package then which company should I join?
Below are the parameters -
Which company will have to much of Workload / work Pressure? Which company has better Work Culture? Which company will have better Job security (comparatively) ?

Deloitte would be better if you are getting a little lesser as the policies and things in Accenture is not at all good
