If Deloitte and Capgemini are offering same package then which one is better to work for in PLM domain or in general?
If Capgemini offers slightly more than does it become a better choice than Deloitte?

Oh....Infosys is the boss in not giving hike and haven't recieved a hike in 3 years so definitely want a place with himes.......I heard Capgemini didn't gave hike last year but is that common or was just an exception?
