Deloitte or Capgemini

Hi... I have a total of 5.4 years of experience in TCS 1.5 years of experience in serviceNow working in but i cleared 3 years of experience in serviceNow by putting 3 years I have total exp of 5 years I got offer from delloite with 16 fixed package but I am very much scared to go for Deloitte because I have only 1.5 exp years and i cleared Capgemini also 8.5 package which one to go ?? Kindly help me
