Deloitte offered me 1,080,000 CTC.
I wanted to negotiate with my recruiter but she said the leadership already rejected 1st time and this is what they approved. (I guess she was bluffing). Yesterday I asked her to make it 12 lakh fixed but she mentioned she does not have a business reason to go for approval again from management and asked me to accept the offer. And she said in future if possible I'll try but for now you need to accept what we have provided.
My current CTC is 5,25,000. I was underpaid and was not given any Hike from September 2024.
What should I do? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!!!
Take it and switch in 6 months instead of bargaining here .

giving someone what they deserve is not a "good job"
@sherlockHolmes you should keep interviewing and accept it for now, if you get better, negotiate with them, if you don't, then you need to accept that you don't deserve more

Accept the offer , resign from accenture since you have 90 days notice period at Accenture and s they have accepted and given the offer letter. meanwhile you try to get a counter offers as well. And if you did not get any then join this one.
