Trending @Capgemini; Deloitte offer negotiation tips

Hi,

I'm positive about an offer letter from Deloitte in a couple of days, can anyone share the expected pay range in this company for a 9.5yrs experienced candidate as per current market standard.

Tech stack - Java backend developer (Microservices) + Cloud native + ci-cd tools etc.. CCTC - 16lpa.. ECTC - what % can I ask.? Note - 2 rounds of tech Interview went pretty well 8.5/10.

This is the 2nd switch in my career and i feel I'm pretty outdated with current trends.

Please share your inputs.

It'd be almost 90% hike from CCTC, wouldn't this be unrealistic considering current attrition and other market parameters

After negotiations will get 50 😂 so..

I would say get one more offer than you will be able to get close to 30 or more. And that’s what you should do. Dont get me wrong you are under paid

For a 9.5 yr experience i would ask atleast 20-25 lpa

I'm not familiar with this salary structure, Usually other organisations will provide a 30 to 40% hike, which means 20.8 LPA to 22.4 LPA from ur current CTC. Request 50 to 60% based on ur role.

Did you have to go to deloitte office to give your tech and other interviews or was it online?
