Deloitte Offer letter

Hello everyone,

I’ve received an offer letter from Deloitte for a Consultant role in Cybersecurity. They’re offering a fixed pay of ₹8 LPA for 3 years of experience. This offer was made after I shared details of another offer with ₹8 LPA fixed and a 10% variable component.

Is this the final offer or there is still room for further negotiation ?
