Hi Everyone,

I got a mail from Deloitte today (see attachment) Am I supposed to get an offer letter after bgv.?

If so, How many days it will take to release the offer after bgv?

My current CTC: 4.2 lpa having 3.2 yoe What should I ask for the the expected ?

Please 🙏 help on this I am totally confused....

Ask 12 fixed but they will give 9 lpa max . Take that offer and negotiate with other companies so at the time of joining you will be having multiple offer letters

For me it was same 4.5 for 3.3 yoe at that time infy offered me 11, 9.5 fixed 1.5 var. For deloitte you can definitely target for 10+ if they dont give accept it and crack the other interviews they'll match it this way you can easily get 13
