Deloitte kabse chindi ho gya

Guys I am in tech risk domain . I have full time 1 year 3 months exp . And internship 6 months full time. And I am looking for a job switch as it's almost 2 years of experience.

I got a few interviews. Deloitte went really well too.

And because I was promoted recently, i thought I can make a switch and make it a good hike.

But ye to chindi 20% hike de rhe . Kehke ki ye best possible hai.

Abhi koi aur offer bhi nhi hai haath me .

Negotiation ka scope bhi kam hi hai.

Kya karu .. atleast ek offer letter le lu kya. Lekin ye sachme kitne chindi hai...
