Deloitte Joining Bonus
HR told they stopped giving JB in deloitte. Is it true? Are you people getting JB in your offer. I was already offered low package and on top of that no JB. Am so confused.
No bonus issued to me when joined laste year but one member who asked for bonus they confirmed her after 6months it seems
But i see people posting their offer with JB.Am an immediate joiner too. I was expecting it, but they said they stopped giving Joining bonus last year itself
How is work life balance at Deloitte. Though the package is low i am thinking to join since its Big4. What would you suggest from your experience.
I have been given jb of 2 lakh 15 days back. That time I was not immediate joiner.
If you don’t mind What’s the package they offered to you. And your YOE. Though i have counter offer i was offered less package than holding offer.
