Deloitte interview process

Hello everyone

I recently got interviewed with Deloitte, and on 23rd April i got the PHT survey email. On 28th i got a call from HR but i was unable to pick that call and when i tried reaching out they were not responding i followed up with them through email as well but haven't got any response. Will they reach out to me again or not? In the portal it shows an offer in progress.

I gave an interview for a Solution advisor - GITC, and asked them ctc of 17lpa, will they negotiate or revoke my offer letter? What should i do plz help
