

Deloitte India Offer vs Deloitte USI in Process – Need Help!
I’m in a bit of a dilemma and would appreciate some guidance.
I accepted an offer from Deloitte India almost a month ago, and with no communication from Deloitte USI for weeks, I assumed that process had ended. Now, with my last working day at my current company nearing, I’ve suddenly received an email that my Deloitte USI offer is in process.
While I’m extremely grateful for both opportunities, I’m unsure how to proceed if I receive the USI offer at this stage: • How do Deloitte India and Deloitte USI differ in terms of work culture, project exposure, and long-term growth?
• Will it create any issue internally if I choose one and decline the other, considering both fall under the Deloitte umbrella?
If anyone has faced a similar situation or has experience with either entity, your insights would mean a lot. Thanks in advance! 🙏

Deloitte USI is far better in terms of wlb and compensation when compared to Deloitte India. Work culture and wlb is shitty to core in the India team. If you get USI offer, please don't join India.

- Deloitte USI deals with US based clients and your shift timings depends on that.. and so does your holidays. Whereas in Deloitte India you will get local holidays and shift timings will be regular but of course it depends on your project.
- There is no issue with accepting one and rejecting one.. although it falls under same Deloitte umbrella.. but considered as different entities and everything is entirely different between both.
If you receive offer from Deloitte USI compare both the offers and join where you get high pay. Moreover growth, work culture is almost same. And in some cases where Deloitte India resource will be working for USI projects but falls in India payroll.. you may also be deployed as a shared resource.. anything can happen... so my suggestion is join where you get high pay.
