Promotion list comes up either 1st or 2nd June. Your appraisal would roll out mid June and your pay will be reflected for the month of June itself i.e. you'll receive revised payout on 31st June. Variable on 31st September.

Hi All Does anybody know what would be the appraisal cycle for delloite India in regulatory and financial risk practice. Also if someone could tell me the average bonus payout as a percent of CTC that would be really helpful.
