Deloitte HR Scam | Need suggestion to switching to deloitte india
Recently i had given interview for consultant role but at last step of HR discussion hr told they can proceed with Analyst profile and they can give hike of 25 %.Even after accepting this verbally HR called me and tell they can give 10 % on basic.
What should i do ? How to esclate this,should i put Partner and Associate director in CC and explain the situation.
Current package is 9.5 fix and 2 variable Deloitte - 10.4 fix + 10% VP
Why move from SDE to Analyst role? Will you do programming or analyze stuff
Yes i am from coding background. i was on bench early for sometime thats why i was switching but now i will get project so thinking about it to continue with current only. Not sure Analyst post at deloitte.
Analyst is for namesake only in Deloitte, analyst work typically goes from sde to data to even non tech roles as well.
The hike doesn't seem worth a switch (unless you are in a toxic environment and you want to step out immediately). Usually, verbal offers don't stand, they can even say they never said that.
Will get project soon.I was bench thats why i was planning to switch.
10% is way below market standards
