Deloitte Hr? Salary negotiable

I gave interview for databricks developer.. having 2.9 years and currently 4.6 LpA as CtC...they said they will only give 10-15% hike...Why? Any reason and any way to negotiate

If Deloitte is your dream company, then try interviewing elsewhere, get a better offer & ask the Hiring team to match the same.
It might work or it might not, either way, you walk away with a better pay.

Offer shopping ain't bad, especially if you feel low balled
